You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

EdgeScan uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for verifying any output and for how you use it. Outputs are not professional advice. We may filter, moderate, or refuse outputs at our discretion.
We retain all rights to the Service, including software, content, trademarks, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your access is active.
EdgeScan is currently invite-only and free. Access is granted manually at the owner's discretion and may be revoked at any time. Approved access is reviewed periodically; if your access lapses you may request it again. We do not collect payment information and do not charge for the Service. See our Refund Policy for details.
If we introduce paid plans in the future, these Terms will be updated with the applicable payment, cancellation, and refund terms before any charge can be made.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Provider's residence, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
